The association treats public welfare and rescue as part of its long-term organizational capability, integrating rescue-team development, AED initiatives, volunteer service, and cross-organizational cooperation into everyday work.
This project page is designed to continuously document training, equipment readiness, partnerships, and frontline service so that dispersed welfare actions become a clear and coherent program line.
Externally, the network demonstrates execution in emergency response, public advocacy, and social support. Internally, it strengthens responsibility and belonging among youth members.
